New Look, Better Ngozi (Blessings)!

Introducing Scrubs in the workplace!

As of March 15th, 2023 the Ngozi Place staff are now wearing scrubs on shift!

The decision is a reflection of the Ngozi Admin team working to improve the consistent quality of care for our clients and protect our staff. We are still learning as a collective in this life business. As an Home & Community Service (HCS) Provider in the north Texas area, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and 366 on leap years! For this community, we deal with life FIRST, and business as a strong second contender to ensure our consistency.

Being what some consider a young company after 4 and half years of operation, we continue to actively improve our structure to further solidify the superb quality of care we deliver. Not only does scrubs provide a more professional look, they can help protect our staff in their work, and it helps establish a sense of authority for our direct care professionals! Scrubs became common in the medical field in America during the 1940’s when the awareness about the necessity for clean environments for health practices became pertinent. Then and now, these uniforms are typically made from a easy to clean material!

We encourage growth as a company, and hope that the introduction of scrubs as a uniform in Ngozi Place will further acclimate our direct care professionals to the medical field and discovering passions they can pursuit in the long term!
