Medical Scrubs are mandatory for uniform in all direct care staff positions. This includes any position in which the staff may participate in a Group Home or ISS shifts.

The uniform policy is designed to protect both the staff and client, as this is a long - term healthcare program designed for community inclusion of the individuals with IDD into the "general" population.
