CHain of COmmand
Chain of Command is best described as a way to mitigate confusion and disruption in workflow throughout day - to day operations. Ngozi Place is a client driven business. Everything we do in the Ngozi work environment is to ensure our clients are well kept, comfortable, and taken care of. Each staff member on the Ngozi Place team places an vital role in ensuring we provide the best services for our clients.
Ngozi Place has established this chain of command and protocols for the staff to follow for situations. Breaking this chain creates disruption of work flow and other functions within our program, diminishing the quality of our services.
The chain is as follows;
Sonya Golden, Director | Client Advocate & Finances
Aric Golden | Human Resources / Payroll
Ashlee mckinney | Program Manager
Sheena Dixon | Home Manager
Direct care & ISS center staff - Day to day operations inside of group homes and ISS.
In medical emergency situations, you are to call the on - call number for nurses posted within the residences. The goal is between the Nurse & Home managers we are able to make an adequate decision about proceeding treatment. They will then in turn relay any information needed to the Program Director.
